Look for the Play button (it's a bit small, in green) and click on it. In the "Store", type The Sims 4 in your search engine and select it. 
Download the Steam application and once installed on your computer, access with your credentials. Head over to Steam and log in (or sign up if this is your first time). Once the download and installation is complete, you're all set to go. Click on the result of "The Sims 4" and then on the "Download" button. Log in, and once inside, in the search engine that you have at the top of the window, write "The Sims 4" and press Enter. Open the program and create an EA user account (or log in, if you already have one, if you don't).
